Born and raised in Southern Germany and now based in Hanoi, Vietnam, Dr. Marcus Wittner is the Founding Partner of contagi Group - a Swiss-German HR consultancy headquartered in Switzerland, with JP contagi Asia as the group's dedicated entity focused on Asia. With experts truly embedded in each market, contagi combines deep local knowledge in central Europe and Marcus' expertise in Vietnam to bridge businesses and talent from the inside out.

With a PhD in Business Management and over a decade of experience connecting European and Asian talent, Marcus is a trusted voice on cross-border leadership, senior placement, and building innovation-ready teams in high-growth economies. Since founding contagi in 2012, he has supported over 100 clients and placed more than 300 senior professionals across Europe and Asia.
