Prof. Duc Khuong Nguyen
Prof. Duc Khuong Nguyen is a Senior Fellow of the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom), and serves as a visiting professor at the Prague University of Economics and Business (Czech Republic). He previously served as Dean & Managing Director of EMLV Business School and Director of International Development at De Vinci Higher Education (Paris, France).
He graduated as valedictorian from Hanoi University of Commerce (Vietnam), obtained his PhD in Finance from Grenoble Alpes University (France), and later completed the “Leaders in Development” executive program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (United States).
With extensive experience in economic and policy advisory, he is a member of the Asian Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee. He previously served on the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Group of Vietnam from 2017 to 2021. Since June 2025, he has also been appointed to Vietnam’s National Advisory Council on Science, Technology, Digital Transformation, and Innovation.
As President of AVSE Global, an organization bringing together a network of 10,000 experts and intellectuals across more than 30 countries, Prof. Duc Khuong Nguyen directly oversees numerous large-scale projects connected to Vietnam. These projects focus on promoting scientific and technological cooperation, providing policy advice, and developing high-quality human resources, thereby contributing to enhancing Vietnam’s position in academia, policymaking, and innovation in the context of globalization and profound technological transformation.
