Ambassador Mai Phan Dung is the current Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Permanent Representative of Viet Nam to the United Nations Office in Geneva. A career diplomat, he has held senior roles within Viet Nam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including in cultural diplomacy, UNESCO affairs, and overseas Vietnamese relations. His experience covers multilateral diplomacy, international organizations, and Viet Nam’s engagement with the global community.
