My background sits at the intersection of finance, governance, and operations, with a track record of building institutional-grade frameworks, leading complex multi-jurisdictional workstreams, and acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership. I've worked across the full private markets lifecycle: from audit and financial reporting through to fund governance, compliance, investor relations, and platform build-out.

I thrive in environments that demand both rigour and adaptability, where the ability to understand a complex financial structure, communicate it clearly to stakeholders, and then design a process around it is genuinely valued. I'm as comfortable presenting to an investment committee or LP audience as I am building the operational infrastructure behind the scenes.

Career highlights include building an entire fund operations platform from scratch at a €500M AUM VC firm, developing and owning IPEV-aligned valuation methodology that led to speaking invitations at SuperReturn CFO/COO and Invest Europe, leading an end-to-end digitalization project, and earlier leading audit engagements across PE, hedge fund, and investment tund structures at PWC across Guernsey and Zurich.
