Originally trained as a mechanical engineer with a postgraduate specialization in CAD/CAM, he combines technical understanding with more than 20 years of international experience in technology commercialization, venture building, and strategic growth leadership.

Operating between Switzerland and Vietnam, Roland focuses on building international collaboration frameworks connecting science, engineering, and long-horizon innovation to support more resilient and sustainable energy systems.
