Samantha is the Founder and CEO of WSB International GmbH, a Switzerland-based firm focused on accelerating innovation transfer, luxury brand growth, and international business development between Asia and Europe.

She is also a moderator and MC for conferences and panels on entrepreneurship, luxury, international business, and women in leadership.

Prior to WSB, Samantha has 10 years of experience in management consulting, finances and startup in Europe, Asia, and the United States. She advised corporates and startups from Consumer & Retail, Fashion & Luxury, High Tech and Financial Services on business strategy and operation, as well as co-founded business ventures. Her expertise includes growth, customer-centric strategy, go-to-market, digitalization and M&A strategy.

Samantha is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and inclusion. She co-founded a startup accelerator in the U.S. supporting local founders and micro-enterprises in fundraising and business development. Today, she continues to mentor early-stage entrepreneurs, with a strong focus on empowering underrepresented and female founders to scale their impact.

Born in Hong Kong and shaped by life across six countries and three continents, Samantha brings a globally informed, diversity-driven perspective to everything she builds.
